I do not hold a traditional coaching certification. My work is grounded in lived experience, leadership, and ongoing professional development. I complete 40–80 hours of annual professional training and have done so for the past four years through my work with Hippy R’Club,(chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0) alongside over 15 years of public speaking, motherhood to three children, entrepreneurship, and over a decade of lived experience in marriage and leadership.

Yes. While I am not a licensed therapist or clinician, my ongoing professional training strengthens how I hold space, guide conversations, and support women ethically and responsibly. My training includes communication, leadership development, family and youth support, trauma-informed practices, and community-based work.

No. I am not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. I am a coach and accountability partner. Coaching focuses on clarity, reflection, accountability, and forward movement—not diagnosis or treatment.

My coaching is faith-rooted, not forced. Faith informs my values, compassion, and approach, but clients are never pressured to share specific beliefs. My coaching is inclusive, respectful, and centered on personal growth.

My coaching is culturally aware, experience-led, and faith-rooted. I coach from lived experience—not theory alone—drawing from motherhood, leadership, entrepreneurship, long-term partnership, and years of professional development. I offer honest guidance, accountability, and a safe space for women to reconnect with themselves beyond their titles.

My coaching is best for women—especially mothers—who feel disconnected from themselves, desire clarity and boundaries, and are ready to invest in their growth without guilt.
